Prospek is a US-focused B2B outreach agency specialising in cold calling and pipeline building services. We operate primarily as an online platform providing information about our services, pricing, and campaign process.
All campaigns, quotations, and service agreements are handled directly through communication with our team via email or phone.

All service details, campaign specifications, and pricing displayed on our website are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute a binding offer.
Formal quotations, pricing, and campaign confirmations will be issued directly by Prospek upon request.
A service agreement is considered final only once both parties have agreed to the terms in writing via invoice, service contract, or email confirmation.

We take great care to ensure that all service descriptions, campaign specifications, and pricing are accurate. However, minor variations may occur — especially in call volume, connect rates, and appointment numbers.
These natural variations are normal and reflect the nature of outbound calling and prospect behaviour across different markets and industries.

We encourage businesses to discuss their campaign requirements in detail before committing to a full monthly plan to ensure Prospek is the right fit.
Prospek cannot guarantee that any campaign will meet the specific sales targets or revenue goals of your business.
We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from how meetings or prospect information provided by Prospek are used after delivery.

All confirmed campaigns will be invoiced by Prospek and must be paid in full prior to campaign launch, unless alternative payment terms are agreed in writing.
We accept payment via bank transfer, Stripe, or PayPal.
Campaign work will not commence until full payment has been received.

If you are unsatisfied with your campaign, you may request a review within 14 days of your first monthly report, in accordance with our Refund Policy. Custom-built prospect lists, scripts, and bespoke campaign materials are non-refundable once delivered. Any costs incurred during campaign setup are the responsibility of the client. Cancellations must be requested in writing before the next billing cycle begins.

Any campaign issues or underperformance must be reported in writing within 5 working days of receiving your weekly report. Please include details of the issue and your invoice or reference number when contacting us.
Once reviewed, we will address and resolve the affected campaign elements promptly.

Prospek shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of our website, quotations, or delivered campaign services.
Our liability shall be limited to the total value of the campaign fees paid under the specific service agreement in questiond under the specific transaction in question.

You may not copy, distribute, or use any part of the site for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

All campaign agreements, pricing, and service terms are confirmed individually in writing prior to campaign launch. No verbal agreement constitutes a binding contract.

Prospek reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.
